Our Yabukita Sencha is grown by the Kinezuka family in the mountain tea gardens of Fujieda, Shizuoka, where cool mountain air and generations of expertise produce teas of remarkable clarity and elegance. Crafted from the first flush of spring, it offers a lively expression of the cultivar's signature character.
In the cup, it is crisp yet rounded, with notes of edamame, young spinach and sweet grass, lifted by a refreshing mineral finish and delicate umami that lingers long after each sip.
