Tree Spirit is a spring white tea grown at Five Tree Estate in Mogok, northern Myanmar. Named after the Yoke Ka Zoe - the guardian spirit believed to watch over the estate’s ancient banyan trees - this tea reflects the quiet relationship between nature, tradition and the people who care for the land.
Harvested between April and May, the leaves are gently withered for up to 43 hours before drying, allowing their natural sweetness and floral character to develop with minimal intervention. The result is an exceptionally delicate tea that captures the freshness of spring while retaining remarkable depth.
In the cup, Tree Spirit is soft and luminous, with aromas of sweet hay and spring flowers. The liquor is light and silky, revealing notes of honeysuckle, ripe pear and subtle orchard fruit. A gentle, quenching finish lingers on the palate, making this an ideal tea for slower afternoons and quiet moments.
For those who enjoy Chinese white teas such as Bai Mudan or Silver Needle, Tree Spirit offers a distinctly Myanmar expression, fresh, elegant and shaped by the unique mountain landscapes of Mogok.
