Origin: Taichung, Taiwan
 
Appearance: Dark green, almost blue leaves that are tightly curled. Opens up into large leaves, with the liquid being a pale green colour.
 
Smell: Sweet, malty, pea.
 
Taste: Nutty, sweet, fresh, very similar to genmaicha. Buttery.
 
Aftertaste: Soft, subtle, malty.
