HeHuanShan is a high mountain tea grown at 1,800 metres in Taiwan, where cooler temperatures and slower growth contribute to the leaves' aromatic complexity. With 20% oxidation and no roasting, this oolong preserves its natural character while developing a distinctive fragrance and a smooth, understated flavour profile.
In the cup, it is fragrant and delicate, with gentle sweetness, earthy undertones, hints of dark toffee, and a subtle nuttiness. Its tightly rolled green leaves unfurl through successive infusions, revealing a pale jade liquor and a refined, lingering finish.
